1๏ธโฃ Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.cricketgearlab.com or booking a repair service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all customers, including individual players, academy managers, and business clients.
2๏ธโฃ Booking & Orders
- Bookings are confirmed only after you receive an Order ID via email and WhatsApp.
- We reserve the right to reject any booking at our discretion with a full refund.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information during booking. Incorrect details may result in delays.
- Bookings can be cancelled before equipment pickup at no charge.
- Once equipment arrives at our workshop, cancellation may incur a โน100 inspection fee and two-way shipping charges.
3๏ธโฃ Pricing & Payment
๐ No upfront payment required. Orders are placed without any payment. Our team calls to confirm and a payment link is sent by email after repair completion.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include 18% GST. Prices are indicative โ final price confirmed after equipment inspection.
- After booking, our team will call you within 2 hours to confirm your order and provide a final repair quote.
- You will be notified of the final price before work begins. You may decline, and we will return your equipment.
- Payment is due only after repair completion and quality check. A secure payment link will be sent to your registered email address.
- We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and debit/credit cards via secure payment gateway.
- Shipping charges are separate from repair charges and are borne by the customer.
- Dispatch of repaired equipment happens after payment is confirmed.
No hidden charges. If the repair requires additional work beyond your original booking, we will always call you and seek approval first โ no surprise bills ever.
4๏ธโฃ Shipping & Delivery
- We partner with Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket and India Post for pan-India shipping.
- Equipment must be packed securely before handover to the courier. We send packing instructions via WhatsApp.
- Delivery timeframes are indicative and depend on your location and courier transit times.
- Basic transit insurance is included. We are not liable for damage caused by improper packing by the customer.
- Risk of loss transfers to the courier once equipment is collected.
5๏ธโฃ Repairs & Warranty
- All repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of delivery.
- Warranty covers defects in our repair work only โ not new damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
- We use premium quality materials for all repairs. Specific materials are described on our Services page.
- We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of booking.
- Helmets repaired by us carry a safety disclaimer โ helmets with structural cracks may be deemed non-repairable for safety reasons.
6๏ธโฃ Limitation of Liability
Cricket Gear Lab's total liability shall not exceed the repair charge paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for:
- Loss of earnings due to equipment being unavailable during repair
- Indirect, special or consequential losses of any kind
- Damage caused by the customer's improper packing for shipping
- Delays caused by courier partners beyond our control
7๏ธโฃ Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
