How do I book a repair?

Simply fill our online booking form on the Book a Repair page. Select your equipment type, describe the damage, choose pickup preference and enter your details. It takes less than 2 minutes. You can also WhatsApp us directly on +91 75551 28049.
What is my Order ID and where do I find it?
+
Your Order ID is a unique code in the format CGL-YYYY-XXXXXX (e.g. CGL-2024-A3F2). It is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp immediately after booking. Use it to track your repair on our Track My Order page.
Can I book a repair without an account?

Yes! You can book a repair as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track all your orders, view repair history and get faster checkout on future bookings.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking before the equipment is picked up. Contact us on WhatsApp or call +91 75551 28049. Once the equipment is at our workshop, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer same-day booking?
+
Yes! Bookings made before 12 PM can be scheduled for same-day or next-day pickup in Delhi NCR. For other cities, pickup is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking.

How does the pickup process work?

After booking, our courier partner (Delhivery or DTDC) will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. They will collect the equipment from your address and deliver it to our Delhi workshop. We send packing instructions via WhatsApp before pickup.
How should I pack my equipment for shipping?
+
We send detailed packing instructions via WhatsApp after booking. In general: wrap the item in bubble wrap, place in a sturdy cardboard box, and seal with tape. For bats, a PVC pipe or original bag works well. Do NOT ship without proper packaging as we cannot be responsible for transit damage.
Do you offer doorstep pickup?

Yes! We offer doorstep pickup from your home or academy in Delhi NCR at no extra charge. For other cities, you drop the equipment at the nearest Delhivery or DTDC courier point. Academy clients on subscription plans get free scheduled pickups.
How long does shipping take?

Transit from your city to our Delhi workshop typically takes 2–4 days depending on your location. Return shipping after repair takes 3–5 days. Total turnaround including repair is 7–14 days for most services.
Is my equipment insured during shipping?

Yes. All shipments through our courier partners include basic transit insurance. For high-value equipment (above ₹5,000), we recommend opting for additional insurance at a nominal charge, which you can select during booking.
Which courier partners do you use?

We work with Delhivery, DTDC, Shiprocket and India Post, covering 26,000+ pincodes across all 28 states. The courier is selected based on your location and availability for the best service.

What happens when my equipment arrives at the workshop?
+
As soon as your equipment arrives, our craftsman inspects it and sends you a WhatsApp update confirming receipt. If additional repairs are found beyond what was booked, we contact you with a revised quote before proceeding — no surprise charges ever.
How long does the actual repair take?

Most standard repairs take 1–3 days at our workshop. Full refurbishments take 5–7 days. Express repairs are completed within 24 hours at a 40% surcharge. You select your preferred speed during booking.
What materials do you use for repairs?
+
We use premium grade materials including genuine cane for handles, Sarawak willow for patches, Pittards leather for gloves, certified foam for pads and helmets, and professional grade grip tape and linseed oil for bat treatments.
Can you repair all brands of cricket equipment?

Yes! We repair all major brands including SG, SS, MRF, Kookaburra, Gray-Nicolls, GM, Adidas, Nike, Puma and all Indian and international brands. The repair quality is the same regardless of brand.
What if my equipment cannot be repaired?

If our craftsman determines that an item is beyond repair, we will contact you via WhatsApp with our assessment and photos before returning the item. We charge a nominal inspection fee of ₹100 in this case.
Do you do quality checks before returning?
+
Absolutely. Every repaired item goes through a mandatory quality check by our senior craftsman before being packed for return. Only items that pass our quality standards are dispatched.
💰 Pricing & Payment 5 questions
How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the equipment type, service required, and repair complexity. We provide price ranges on our Services page. The exact price is confirmed after our craftsman inspects the equipment — you are notified and must approve before any work begins.
Are there any hidden charges?
+
No hidden charges ever. The repair charge and shipping charge are clearly communicated before work begins. If additional repairs are needed, you will be quoted separately. You can always decline and get your equipment back.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and debit/credit cards. A secure payment link is sent to your registered email address after repair completion — you can pay conveniently from any device.
When do I pay — before or after repair?
+
Always after repair — no upfront payment is required when booking. Once your repair is complete and quality-checked, our team will call you to confirm and then send a secure payment link to your registered email. Dispatch happens after payment is confirmed.
Do you offer any discounts?
+
Yes! Academy subscription plan clients get the best rates. Returning customers get a 5% loyalty discount from their 3rd repair. Bulk repairs (5+ items) get a 10% discount. Follow our WhatsApp channel for seasonal offers.
🛡️ Warranty & Returns 4 questions
What is your repair warranty policy?

All repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days due to our repair quality, we will fix it free of charge. This does not cover new damage or misuse.
What if I am not satisfied with the repair?
+
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the repair quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will assess the issue and either redo the repair at no cost or provide a refund as per our Refund Policy.
Can I return the equipment without repair?
+
Yes. If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving our quote, we will return your equipment. You pay only the two-way shipping charges. A ₹100 inspection fee may apply.
What is your refund policy?

If we are unable to complete the repair, or if the repair quality does not meet our standards, a full refund of the repair charge is provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for details.
🏟️ Academy Plans 4 questions
What is an Academy Plan?

Academy Plans are monthly subscription packages designed for cricket academies. For a fixed monthly fee, all equipment repairs for your enrolled students are covered — no per-repair billing. Plans start from ₹2,360/month (incl. 18% GST) for up to 15 students.
How does the free academy pickup work?
+
Academy plan clients get free scheduled pickups from their academy premises. We assign a fixed weekly or biweekly collection day. Our courier collects all equipment requiring repair and returns the repaired gear on the next scheduled visit.
Can we get a custom plan for our academy?
+
Absolutely. If our standard Starter, Growth, Pro or Elite plans don't fit your needs, fill our Academy Enquiry Form and our specialist will create a custom plan tailored to your student count and repair requirements.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?

No lock-in. Academy Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days notice. Annual plans are also available with a discount.
