Once booked, you can either request a doorstep pickup or drop the equipment at the nearest courier partner point. We work with Delhivery, DTDC and Shiprocket for Pan-India coverage. Packing instructions are sent via WhatsApp.
Your equipment arrives at our Delhi workshop where our skilled craftsmen inspect and repair it using premium materials. You receive real-time status updates via WhatsApp at every stage — received, in repair, quality check, dispatched.
Once repaired and quality-checked, our team calls you to confirm completion and shares a secure payment link on your registered email. After payment, your equipment is carefully packed and shipped back anywhere in India within 5–7 business days.
