Once booked, you can either request a doorstep pickup or drop the equipment at the nearest courier partner point. We work with Delhivery, DTDC and Shiprocket for Pan-India coverage. Packing instructions are sent via WhatsApp.

How do I pack my cricket bat for shipping?

We send you detailed packing instructions via WhatsApp after booking. Generally, wrap the bat in bubble wrap, place in a sturdy box or PVC pipe, and seal properly. We can also arrange professional packaging pickup in Delhi NCR.
Is my equipment insured during transit?

Yes, all shipments through our courier partners include basic transit insurance. For high-value equipment (above ₹5,000), we recommend opting for additional insurance at a nominal charge during booking.
How will I track my repair status?

You'll receive WhatsApp updates at every stage — when gear is received, when repair begins, when quality check is done, and when it's dispatched. You can also log in to your account and check the Track My Order page anytime.
What if the damage is worse than expected?

Our craftsman will inspect your gear on arrival. If additional repairs are needed beyond what was booked, we'll contact you via WhatsApp with a revised estimate before proceeding. No hidden charges ever.
Do you offer pickup from my home or academy?

Yes! We offer doorstep pickup in Delhi NCR. For other cities, you can drop the equipment at the nearest Delhivery or DTDC point. Academy clients on a subscription plan get free scheduled pickups.
What is your repair warranty policy?

All repairs come with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days due to our repair, we'll fix it free of charge. This does not cover new damage or misuse.
